Kerry Bennet's Biography:

Kerry is an artist with a passionate and deep appreciation for flora, fauna and the natural world.  Born in Argentina and growing up in Brazil she became enchanted with the nature on her doorstep. Painting from an early age she strove to  capture the sub-tropical essence of her surroundings, with works  combining both colour and nature. Kerry's itinerant lifestyle continued  when she moved to the United States to study fine  art and ceramics at Palomar College, California. Having successfully  completed her studies she made one more move to settle in the United  Kingdom, her ancestral home, where she continues to paint the natural  world as she sees it. She now lives near to the coast in  Battle, East Sussex from where, drawing on her unique life experiences,  she paints an eclectic mix of nature, plants and animals in  expressionist and realist styles. Kerry also enjoys life as  a professional art tutor giving regular classes, workshops and  demonstrations.
